24.01.2022 When connecting a nozzle to a hose via a quick release coupling, make sure it clicks in all the way and the outer sheath is returned back to its start position. The Mustang Nozzles quick release coupler will lock in place once under pressure. To prevent a nozzle from ejecting off the hose, dont push the hose inside a drain when not under pressure where the sheath might get caught on an obstruction and pull back. The Mustang Nozzles quick release coupler was based off a stan...dard coupler. When plumber Bill Miller saw that the standard coupler was too long and would seize up all the time, he designed a smarter coupler with these features; Shorter overall length enabling it to carry a nozzle around tight 90mm bends. Inserted a second oring behind the back of the sheath to prevent sand and silt from washing into the sheath and seizing the coupling. Used stainless steel magnetic balls inside the coupling so it could be dissembled for maintenance without losing the balls when using a magnet. Built in wear rings on the side of the coupler to allow the fitting to last longer. The rings are made with sharp, reverse cut edges so they wont slip from your fingers when pulling the sheath back. Made from hard wearing stainless steel or brass. These design features are only found on the Mustang Nozzles quick release coupler and they are very proudly made in Australia

22.01.2022 The newly designed Laserjet nozzle is short and powerful. It can negotiate itself around tight bends and traps with ease. It comes with a standard 1/4" SS quick release coupling and has an option to fit a front jet. The rear jet can be changed out to suit all jetters from 12lpm to 45lpm.

19.01.2022 We have been testing the new 3/8 Grease Ball Nozzle for higher flow jetters (25 - 45 lpm). It is still the same size as the 1/4 Grease Ball but it has a 3/8 thread. The 8 rear thrust jets are larger to accommodate the higher flow and it pulls so hard it ran off the scale on our force meter. These will be available for purchase through all Mustang Nozzles dealers worldwide in July 2019. #greaseballnozzle

08.01.2022 Quality control on a fresh batch of 1/4 JetAxe Nozzles. Once each nozzle has been machined, they are individually checked to ensure they meet a very high standard. The next stage is the stainless hardening process giving them a long wear life. Each nozzle from our factory goes through many stages of production before they are ready for dispatch.

07.01.2022 Today we were making a fresh batch of the very popular Roto Spin nozzle. They should be ready to go very soon. If you have never used one, they are a controlled rotation nozzle. This nozzle is small enough to fit down a pan vent or sewer vent pipe and will cut tree roots, grease and debris from a drain. They are nearly half the price of similar nozzles on the market and they give you many hours of trouble free jetting. ... They dont need to be twisted down the drain like turbo root cutters. You can just let the hose go as it pulls itself down the drain and let the nozzle do all the work for you. Its also the go to nozzle Oliver uses from The Drain Addict.

We have designed a better way to join your nozzles to the quick release adaptor via a single piece cone and tail. Your overall nozzle length is as short as possible and the SS cone lasts longer than a pvc cone.

We are now spoilt for choice The Donkey helped get yo...ur 3/8 hose around a shaft junction. Back in the day, no one believed you could use a 1/4 hose, let alone a 3/16 hose... or a 1/8 whip hose! The experts said it was impossible for the water to flow so far through such a small bore hose. The nozzle is short and narrow so it can fit through pan vents and negotiate through tight sewer fittings. The nose cap has a powerful front jet that blasts through blockages. It is made from hardened stainless steel so it has a very long wear life. ... Most of the nozzle wear is taken up through the replaceable cap during rotation preventing the body and the jets from wearing out.
