24.01.2022 BUSHFIRE COLLECTION: ROUND 2 Taree showgrounds are overflowing with animals displaced from the fires. Muster Point will again have a drop off zone on Monday afternoon (25 November) from 4 - 5.30pm. This time we need:... - good quality dog, cat and bird food - medical supplies (syringes etc) We’re also going to try to organise livestock feed, but have no way to store it, so we’ll update this post with a plan soon!! 21.01.2022 It’s time to unlock the vault on Newcastle’s worst kept secret...haha. A few years ago we hosted a pop up for @covered_in_crumbs, and since then, have had our fingers and toes crossed that one day Muster Point would become the home base. In December, our wish will come true, with @covered_in_crumbs retail about to open on the ground floor, behind The Cutting Division. We know we say we’re excited about new things all the time, but we are literally skipping down the street abo...ut this addition to the Muster Point building. Gareth and his crew are the masters of all baked goods, sweet and savoury, and makes things so damn pretty you’ll want to keep them on display forever (but your tastebuds are guaranteed to overrule!). Stay tuned for the exact opening date!

As part of a year 9 problem based learning project, Hayley was tasked with setting up a business using just 20 bucks...But this little entrepreneur didn’t even need the startup funds ...Her nan had a whole bunch of awesome fabric off cuts, and Hayley herself was a champ on the Janome, so it made sense to work with what was already at her fingertips...! After picking up her first pair of scissors more than 15 years ago, they've taken her to amazing places including a salon in Mayfair, London's upscale district where everything 'exclusive' lines the streets. She's also got some impressive work with Goldwell in the UK in her CV, and joins us with her passion for colour, and a love of courageous clients wanting to try brave new styles. 06.01.2022 A wise woman once told us that ‘trauma creates opportunity’. The last few months have been freaking hectic. For many, the scariest thing that’s ever happened in their life time...So quickly we were told our health was at risk, our families were at risk, our livelihoods were at risk. As a little tiny slice of normality feels like it’s creeping back in to our world, we hope it’s been a few months where you’ve reflected, you’ve pivoted, and this shit has thrown you into a life that is better than ever before. P.S. how much do you love Harvey?!
