21.01.2022 Hobart's Captain Blighs began brewing Colonial Ales last year, and several of their beers are now available in bottles, the Hobart IPA (or HIPA) and the Six Gui...nea Pale. Fittingly this brew was photographed in Strahan, on the bow of the remains of the Union Steam lighter, with the sunken remains of the steamer Glenturk in the background. 20.01.2022 This batch hardly needs bottle conditioning more than getting some fizz into it. The right yeast, brewed out nice and slow from the best juice available from Mark and Christine Duggans Orchards.
