15.01.2022 DO YOU LIKE DAL BHATI CHURMA ? We are proudly presenting the most popular and Royal Dish- " DAL BHATI CHURMA " . HISTORY OF DAL- BHSTI - CHURMA ... It’s said that during the time of battles, the Rajput leaders used to leave the chunked dough buried in the sand before leaving for the war. By the time they returned, the scorching heat of the sun used to turn them into baked chunks. Then they used to dig out those perfectly baked baatis, lathered them with ghee and consumed them along with some curd or buttermilk obtained from goat or camel milk. The elements of Panchmeel Dal and Churma were added later when the civilization set in. PANCHMEL DAL : The combination of Panchmel Dal and Baati gained popularity with the settlement of Gupta Dynasty in Mewar. Panchmeel Dal was a royal delicacy for the Guptas which was prepared with 5 nutritional lentils namely Moong Dal, Chana Dal, Toor Dal, Masoor Dal, and Urad Dal. These lentils were cooked with a tadka of cumin, cloves, and other spices and then served with Baatis. CHURMA : As far as the churma is considered, it was invented by a sheer chance when a chef from Gehlot clan of Mewar accidentally poured sugarcane juice on the baatis. It made people realize that the sweet water softened the baatis and homemakers started using the same method to keep the baatis fresh for their husbands. This sweetened baatis when crushed, evolved into churma. We tried our best to cook this iconic dish in Authentic way . People already loved our litti chokha dish which we cooked last week . As per request of many of our customers and followers we are posting this recipe. We tried to present this recipe in traditional but little modern style . We are proudly presenting ICONIC DISH POHA TARI WALA AND MURMURA PACK in Our Authentic way Flattened rice is rice which is flattened into flat, light, dry flakes originating from the Indian subcontinent. Rice is parboiled before flattening so that it can be consumed with very little to no cooking. Poha is an Indian breakfast and snack prepared in the cuisines of Indian states of Maharashtra, Odisha, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana..., Karnataka, Gujarat and Rajasthan... HISTORY OF POHA : it turns out, Poha initially originated in Maharashtra. ... When the rulers came from Maharashtra to Madhya Pradesh, they took over Indore and brought with them Poha and Shrikhand, among other things. History states that these two dishes almost always follow in the wake of the Holkars and the Scindias. Kellogg brothers invented process in 1890 built fortune from it .. Kanpur poha is very famous for its taste and spices. We tried to make this whole pack in AUTHENTIC way with original spices . We made Poha masala in different 25 spices to get same taste .. MURMURA : It puffed rice is type of puffed gain made from rice . This is cooked in very different way . It is used as chat spicy recipes We made it spicy chat to get authenticity. CHANA TARI: Poha can be eaten as chaat or eaten with Chana red TARI. Kanpuri Poha is mostly eaten with chana TARI We cooked this TARI in very special way in home made poha TARI masala . Taste turned out very special . MINT WATER: We made cold mint water to give it full pack DRY KALA LABALAB CHNA MASALA: it is very famous and common dish in india . It is cooked in religious festval in thick ORIGINAL black colour . We made this in our special masala gravy in iron kadai to get original black colour . We did not use tea to make it in dark colour . We tried to cook this food in very authentic way and give nice colour. We tried hard to preserve this iconic food in modern style . Plz approach our hard work..
