19.01.2022 Rapt with our latest 5 star review A H ***** 22 hours ago Our rescue pup, Henri, was ruling the roost. Jumping on the bed and couch, biting, nipping, pulling on the lead, not coming when called. From the moment Maria arrived to the second she left, she was actively working with us to take back our space and help Henri realise he didn't have to be in charge. She has a wealth of knowledge to impart. Her insight into how dogs read our behaviour, how they think and react and ...how to use that knowledge are seminal to having a happy dog and happy parents She provided clear ground rules for us to follow and tailored our training to suit our lifestyle and what we were ok and not ok with Henri doing. When we follow her advice, we see a positive change. When we don't, it starts to creep back to a version of how things were. What continues to be most appreciated is the ongoing support and check ins that she provides when there are inevitable hiccups; which we've discovered (unsurprisingly) comes down to *our* behaviour slip ups and has very little to do with Henri at all. She was running the house, not listening and very short tempered. I called Maria hoping she could help. Within two days I saw such a dramatic change I thought something wrong with my dog. She was calm, far more respectful and listening! What I love about Maria is that she tends to your dog's individual needs and tailors the t...raining specifically to that. Her training is also so easy to implement into everyday life. I was not bombarded with pages of information, but given quick, easy and effective physical techniques that shifted my dog's behaviour almost immediately. After our sessions Maria is incredibly supportive. I was able to email her about anything related to the training, large or small, and she would reply within a day.
