12.01.2022 If you have visited us before, you may notice there are several new dishes on the menu, including the classic Green Curry Chicken. The house-made paste is fried until it releases an incredible aroma. Coconut milk, palm sugar and fish sauce are also essential to produce that robust curry sauce. This mildly sweet and spicy curry is best served with steamed rice and roti.

It’s said to be named in honor of King Rama VII’s excellent horsemanship and becomes very popular in Thailand. Our version is made with minced pork and prawn. The sweet and sticky balls are placed on top of sour pineapple for contrast. It’s a must try!
