20.01.2022 Labels labels labels. The more organised you are now, the more time you will save yourself later down the track. Plus, labeling your boxes also helps the removalists come moving day. A few handy hints for labelling your boxes: Use colours!! You can colour code rooms and label boxes accordingly, making it easier for the removalists to place the correct boxes in their corresponding rooms. Label your first week box. This way the removalists know to pack this one last for e...asy access. Label boxes that are heavy so the removalists know what to expect before attempting to lift it! Number your boxes. This way you can rest assured that all items are accounted for. #movinghouse #movingtips

(we tried) Okay, we suck at making puns, but we're great at giving advice, so here are a few handy tips to increase your chances of getting your bond back! Check with your agent, what their expectations are for the clean to avoid only getting half (or less) of your bond back.... You will likely need to also consider that you may have to accommodate the cost of a carpet cleaner or any other specialised cleaner for unique home features like solar panels or a pool. A moving out clean should be treated as a mammoth scrub down it’s not just inside, you also have to get the outside of the house clean too... and the yard!
