02.01.2022 Ahhh 2020 you've certainly been a year! . Despite the ups and downs we have had plenty of great times throughout 2020. . Sure there's been some challenges (understatement lol!)...however there has been plenty to learn, appreciate and to look back on.... . We've managed to host seminars, Women's open mats, gradings, classes and tons of great training, despite being locked down for months! . Tough times allow you to appreciate the good times. Fingers crossed we are moving towards more good times with 2021! . Massive thanks to all our students, families and supporters throughout the year. Thank you for making it a pleasure to turn up each day and be on the mats. Your support, kind words, heart felt actions have made the tough times easier - for both us and each other with the gym.
