06.01.2022 Increase luxury car tax for primary producers: The luxury car tax refund available has been increased from a refund of 8/33rds of the LCT paid up to a cap of $3,000 by increasing the cap to $10,000. The Treasury laws Amendment (2019 Measures No. 2) Bill 2019 received Royal Assent on 28 October.
