19.01.2022 Peri Peri Chicken Pizza Do you have no idea why you’re not losing weight? Do you struggle with losing body fat ?... Most problems come down to sticking to a calorie deficit. Picture this, over 10 days you leave yourself in a 5000 calorie deficit then comes the weekend. You consume up to 5000 calories with your breakfast, buffet dinner and night out drinking. It’s so easy to consume those calories when you have no idea what you’re doing, putting you back to square one. I’m all for the above but when your direct goal is fat loss and you have no idea why you can’t lose then that’s why. If you’re doing those things without any structure then fat loss is not your priority right now. Create your deficit. Stick to your deficit. Eat your meals out and enjoy them. Stick to smarter options otherwise incorporate those meals into your calories.

09.01.2022 Back home and the first meal I make. A lot of people think it’s daunting counting macros and calories. The goal is not to count calories or track macros for your entire life.... Use it to create awareness and systems in your day to day life. The more automatic you can make this process, the more likely you will sustain good behaviours with your nutrition, be able to create good habits and instil permanent change instead of yo yo dieting. I very rarely track the exact amount of what I eat because I’ve learnt what’s in what, portion sizes and what foods are very calorie dense. You can learn to!!



09.01.2022 Bit of progress made here Training consistently 3 - 4 times a week. Nutrition consistently just above maintenance calories.... And the biggest one of all is training with intensity which most guys lack in and wonder why they’re not changing or progressing. Happy Friday legends

It’s not just the result you get but also learning about portion sizes, limiting overeating, creating a balanced lifestyle where you are still able to enjoy your favourite foods on a daily basis.... I’ve never been to big on how much weight is actually lost but i feel it really is the by product of how hard you’ve worked and consistent you’ve stayed.
