15.01.2022 Weve been working on some new parrots these ultra low capacity hold 70ml total and 55ml with the 165mm alcoholmeter at 94%!! Can be made to suit any high abv and will be making some to max out at 70% that should take out another 10-15ml out

12.01.2022 Compact Portable CIP unit anyone? We have made this up for a customer tight on space keeping it nice and tight its 825mm long x 630mm wide and 900mm high. Both kegs have 8inch tc tops, center bottom drains running into the pump manifold with custom 4 way tee, mandrel bent elbows to reduce welds and the right keg with element and temp probe port. Return to the unit will be by hose, can be made up with hard piped manifold for return. Will be making up 4 keg system @ 1690mm long with hard piped manifold for return line. These can be made in 50,58 and 118l in kegs or custom-made vessels to any size.

06.01.2022 Big thanks to our local neighbourhood methry for the awsome front door job!! Unfortunately its the wrong colour so weve gone and made a new one up ;) they may have thought there smart parking up the street but the cctv weve of them and the licence plate of that peice of shit white statesmen is going to come in very handy! No need to worrie tho, no stills were harmed in the making of these idiots breaking in!!!

05.01.2022 Another pallet of legally obtained used kegs for us to stick our teeth into!! $300 for the left electric and right gas set up with side drain and 450 for the center botom drain with butterfly valve. 2x 2300w elements are $150 and 2x3000/4000w elements are $180. $110 to swap the triclover blanking cap for a triclover screw on sight glass.

05.01.2022 So we wrapped up 2020 with a little something for our homebrewing fans!! 50l pressure fermenter with a valved chamber for purging co2 and dry hoping under pressure(a bit over the 200g of the hop pellets we've got on hand), 4 inch ball post lid with thermowell and center guide for the float dip tube! We didn't get time for turning these into conical fermenter this year but well be back in the shop on the 11th and getting stuck into the the 30l and 50l conversions. Hoping everyone has merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!!
