15.01.2022 1st XI win big, Paul fyfield finally plays a 1s game takes 3/4. Bowl St. Paul’s out for 105 and win 2 down very quickly thanks to Martin Jones and Zac Mulholland. Thanks Briana Ruggiero for the shots.

14.01.2022 Well, can you believe it! The season is actually upon us. MWUCC Christmas raffle is going ahead which means any raffle holder can potentially win the following prizes: 1st prize jumbuck Webber, 3x moondog lager, bbq accessories and 8x hotshot heat beads. 2nd prize bottle of Smirnoff and 1x moondog lager... 3rd prize $50 club drinks card. The Date drawn for these wonderful prizes are to be drawn on the 19th of December Tickets will be $5 each. Please suggest and pass these on to all family and friends. It has been a tough and difficult year, for all of us so we are looking forward at the club to hearing from all of our dedicated players and supporters. Please! 12.01.2022 The crazy season that was 2020/21 is over for our first and 3rd teams. Thanks to everyone who played a part, was a Great effort by both sides to finish the year off with a win. The 2nd XI finish the home and away season in second place and will face Glen Iris in the semi final at home this Saturday from 12.30pm All supporters of MWUCC should try and get down Saturday to the home of cricket to cheer the boys on to the Grand final

06.01.2022 At our Trivia night function last night the club collected money to go towards this great cause, to help out one of our past players Beren Bayliss who's family is going trough a tough time with son Williams ongoing heart issues. We will continue collecting money at training and after the game this week and the club has committed to double any money collected. So if you come down to the club this week try and chuck in some money or if you can't get down feel free to donate via the go fund me page, link below.

04.01.2022 Congratulations to our 2nd XI on a great season, unfortunately it wasn't our day on Saturday. Finals are hard to make and premierships even harder to win but we fought it out till the end and will be back next year hungry to go all the way. Thanks to everyone who came down to cheer them on and to Linda Murray for the great photos.

03.01.2022 It’s been a big year for The great Mount Waverley Uniting Cricket Club. The 1st XI have finished in 3rd position, a strong start at the beginning of the season has allowed the 1s a comfortable position. They will Play Clifton Hill at Ramsden Street Oval Next Saturday and Monday.... Congratulations to Captain Isaac Jones. And his band of players. The 2nd XI have finished top of the table an incredible feat. Well Done to Grant Fleming and his boys. They will encounter Monash at the home of Cricket. Jordan Reserve. Sadly the 3rd XI did everything they could to make a last minute push for finals however due to other results not going their way they have not qualified. This should not take away from the dominating performance that they put on yesterday. Good things to come next year. Please please please. For each player the club wishes you well and is proud of all of your efforts and commitment. We also encourage all partners, friends and players of the past to come cheer us all on. 03.01.2022 MWUCC are excited at the prospect of being able to return to the cricket field, exactly when we are going to be able to train and play cricket is still un clear but it will be sooner rather than later and it will certainly be very different to past seasons. Please rest assured the club is committed to keeping up to date with all the latest advice from the state government, Cricket Victoria and the ECA. We are taking the health and safety of all members very seriously and have... appointed multiple Covid safety officers to make sure we adhere to all the recommendations.
