25.01.2022 From this weekend, the following beauty services will be allowed to operate with a maximum of 10 customers at a time: Hairdressing, hair removal including wa...xing, manicures, pedicures, nail salons, eyelash extensions and facials Health practitioners registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law can provide cosmetic injections or other services involving skin penetration Qualified massage therapists can provide therapeutic massage for health reasons When Stage 2 of our roadmap kicks in, effective from June 13, the following additional beauty services will be allowed to operate: Spray tanning, saunas and other water-based spa services, and services involving skin penetration including tattooing and body piercing Businesses must have a COVID-safe plan and keep a register of clients.
