20.01.2022 So Now that the SLSA competition season is over what's your goals, plans and program? You need to exercise the brain as much as your body. Make sure you set Realistic Goals, short term and Long Term Make sure you reach these goals with a plan. Finally surround yourself with good people who will help you with a complete program, that works to a plan and achieves the goals you set. Its time!!

10.01.2022 This is something everyone can set up and should do!! I have these and will be using it in my recovery from shoulder surgery!! Get into it, if you need help let me know!! You should do at least 15 mins a day on this at home!!

04.01.2022 OK everyone, these are some exercises you can do without any heavy weights or gym gear. Most of these if done with varying repetitions over a period of 6 weeks will help you with your arms when paddling. Enjoy!!!
