07.01.2022 Have you been enjoying this lovely winter sunshine? About 20 minutes a day at the most of sunshine (without SPF) in winter gives you the Vitamin D your body needs. We all have to be careful with our wonderful sunshine as it can age the skin, but at this time of year careful exposure can do a lot more for you than popping vitamin pills - especially your state of mind!
