26.01.2022 The kitchen is closed to all but immediate family. Five weeks back I needed comfort food. This is what I turned to. Thanks Peter for helping me eat this.

16.01.2022 Chillies and peppers are coming along nicely. Can't wait fir the chillies to be ready so we can start making curry pastes again.

15.01.2022 We will be reopening first weekend of October, hopefully with some new recipes. Family will be first to try the delights.

09.01.2022 Yes, it's been relatively quiet here of late, but not to worry, things I promise will pick up in October with a bundle of new recipes to try out on everyone. Am going to needs some guinea pigs. Any takers?

15.11.2021 MRAŽENÁ KÁVA Ingredience: - 1 šálek filtrované nebo pekapávané kávy... - 2 vrchovaté lžíce vanilkové zmrzliny - 2 lžíce vajeného koaku - 2 lžíce šlehaky Postup Dobe vychlazenou filtrovanou nebo pekapávanou kávu nalijeme do vysoké sklenice. Pidáme zmrzlinu, zalijeme vajeným koakem a povrch ozdobíme šlehakou. eL
