19.01.2022 I'm multitasking this morning...Eating AND Seed Saving :-D When I was younger I didn't think much about the foods I was consuming... I've come to realise that there is a HUGE connection between HEALTH and what we choose to eat AND for me this also includes strengthening the connection between me and WHERE my food comes from. 07.01.2022 I have some news to share... For the past 16 years I have been providing a service that so many of you have connected with. Those 16 years have been a wonderful, blessed time for me, to not only meet a huge number of wonderful people, but I have had the absolute privilege of seeing so many of you do what is required to bring your health back to a balanced place again. Half of that time, the last 8 years, has been a time for me personally to focus on my own health and healing ...after the trauma that I experienced in a serious motor vehicle accident. I have learnt a lot through the last 8 years and my health now, is far better than what it was when I was in my thirties. Having turned 50 this year, I want to take my level of health and well-being to an even more balanced place and so I have made the decision to move to a place that delivers to me the things I need for my own continued health improvement. Far North Queensland is on our radar and so I will be finishing up my consulting service here on the Sunshine Coast at the end of October this year. With just over 5 weeks till then, IF you (or someone you know) wants a blood analysis with me, now is the time to book it.
