25.01.2022 Treasure hunt time! My 7 year old created this course...hes quite poetic. Starting at Eltham woods pre school. Bikes are reccomend but not essential. She will use a combination of reformer, mat and small props exercises to keep you safe, mobile and pain free during your pregnancy. My name is Michelle and I have been teaching Pilates since 2014. Since having my first child in 2019 my passion for teaching prenatal Pilates has grown immensely. Having had SIJ pain and lower back pain myself during pregnancy, I am inspired to educate women on how to keep their bodies safe, strong and able during their pregnancy.

01.01.2022 During this time of isolation classes are on pause. I had created a 5 week Sanity program to offer to all... ironically this left me feeling insane! With 3 kids home schooling & anxiety/stress at an all time high... I have had to re focus where I place my energy. I think for all of us living for a while in the realm of simplicity is beneficial. Feel free to scroll though previous classes/video posts for free. I will be offering occasional Zoom classes (for Adults and Kid...s).
