24.01.2022 Hey beautiful people! It is forecast for rain for tomorrow's yoga in the park so I have decided to cancel it. I have also been a little unwell this week and I don't want to risk it with rain. ... Resting has been my lesson this week... don't forget to listen to your body when you need to slow down. 14.01.2022 This Mornings class was B-E-A-U-TIFUL! We managed to migrate over to the gazebo on the island in the park and stay dry for the whole session! It was such a beautiful morning....
