23.01.2022 Begin again! - No matter how many times I let my practice go for a few days, it always feels so good to simply begin again! - Over the break I surfed each day instead of yoga(ed), it felt good & a little naughty like skipping school. My body noticed it though & felt a little rusty this morning, somehow tightness is the default for me, I took it easy, moved slowly & it didn't take long to start to feel back into my skin.... Thank f#*k for yoga everyday! - How do you go if you leave it a while between practices??? See more
