21.01.2022 First episode podcast up! Let us know what you think and stay tuned for next week's topic.

19.01.2022 Today is R U OK day! Take a moment to see how you’re doing and those around you. Families with kids who have disabilities often have it the hardest and therefore it is imperative that we are there to support them. If you’re feeling not so good then try and be around your support networks or if you know someone who isn’t doing well ask them if they’re OK. Sometimes a complete stranger can uplift someone else’s mood.

16.01.2022 People with a disability have such great potential yet are continuously faced with barriers that prevent them from participating in services and activities. As a society we have a moral obligation to make sure that all their needs are being met through inclusivity and giving them ample opportunities to make the right choices and decisions for themselves

14.01.2022 I don't set out to win awards. I don't think any worker does, but when you receive an award, it's an affirmation: it means that people appreciate what you do. Every award I have received is a confirmation of something I have done, and that motivates me to push a little harder. So today it was an honour to present these awards to these wonderful staff. On behalf of My Ability Care, We would like to thank you all for the amazing work you guys do and specially during these hard times we are facing due to Covid19.

Our water well is now operating in (Bangladesh) and is providing clean water to those who need it to the most. Clean water is a crucial part of living a healthy lifestyle and we wanted to ensure that vulnerable people had the opportunity to do just that. As we embark towards a new journey in 2022, we want to wish everyone a very Happy New Year. Let’s hope 2022 is a better year for us all.
