25.01.2022 Dave had rented "Jewel of Suffolk" his beautiful 3 level house in Suffolk Park (Byron Bay) to holiday makers once before, but this time he wanted someone to manage the whole process. We got a good feel for what he wanted from our first meeting. We then went in, cleaned, detailed and decorated the property, with beautiful white towels and sheets, plants, magazines, wine, candles etc, all ready for photos and set up for incoming guests. Like most men he needed a little help ...with the decorating although his furniture was top quality. Dave instantly trusted me to take over the whole process, from decorating, writing up advertising, pricing and guest screening. We formatted the rules & requirements, wrote a well structured and optimised advertisement for our AirBnb listing, and set a competitive rate. Our first booking came in just days later and was a great opportunity to iron out any creases and get our first review. The guests had a fabulous time and we got our first positive review... You can see from the photos what a difference a professional job makes. That professional touch makes all the difference.

25.01.2022 We just got our 2nd booking for Jewel of Suffolk over the Xmas/New Year period as My Airbnb Host Helper. We got a good rate for both guests and owner and look forward to spoiling our guests with complimentary beer, wine, juice, coffee, tea, milk, Brookfarm Muesli and beautiful shampoo, conditioner and boxed soap packs.

We are looking for 2 permanent contract cleaners $25 domestic cleans and $27 or holiday cleans. Then $30 team leader role which is depending on availability and capabilities. We are prepared to train you but you need a reliable car, ABN and are available Tues, Thurs, Fri and Saturday for 3.5 to 5hrs. This will increase with your experience. Team le...aders need to be available 5 to 6 days. Holiday housekeeping requires a lot more responsibility and ability than domestic cleaning. We don’t do vacate cleans or builders cleans. 18.01.2022 I've finally reached SUPER HOST on Airbnb which is very difficult when you co host for the owner and have no control over certain aspects of the property you host.
