15.01.2022 I wanted to jump on and just express my appreciation for everyone who attended The Mighty Warrior's Inaugural Luncheon - what a wonderful event it was. 03.01.2022 The Mighty Warriors held its first charity event yesterday to raise awareness and funds for Retinoblastoma and what a day it was! Totally exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you to my beautiful friend Annette Rose - this day would not have happened without her The food was delicious (not that I ate enough), endless flow of bubbles and wine, awesome entertainment from the very talented trio, CSR and equally talented dancers, as I call them the Hip Hop Chicks, featur...ing 2 of my amazing daughters - one being Mighty Mya herself! The icing on the cake was the honour of hearing Dr Michael Jones speak to us, very scientific but extremely informative. Talking to him afterwards he said having this event he feels is a turning point, he’s so pleased awareness is being raised. He also commented on the warmth he felt in the room as soon as he arrived. So to all you beautiful women who came along and supported this, a huge thank you, it means a lot. Lastly, a big shout out and thank you to Rich Rose of Rose Photography for capturing all the moments from the day.
