20.01.2022 Our throat chakra is our truth to ourselves and to others. We have the abilty to be authentic or not through our throat chakra. So this chakra can block very easily. Rarely will you meet a person who hasn't had a sore throat in the last year or so. This is because we all make choices with our throat and its also a hard one to balance.
