19.01.2022 I've been in a bit of a hole lately. I think I'm still feeling the affects of 2020 with the global issues of the 'Rona, the loss of my Father in September, and some health things going on that have compounded my feelings of being a bit stuck. So this is me trying to listen to the messages that the universe is showing me through clients in clinic and giving myself a talking to. If I'm feeling it, I'm sure there are others who are as well. If this resonates with you and... you need some help getting unstuck - give me a holler. Been there, done that, clawing my way back. New availability now for Friday 9am.... ############################# Have some last minute vacant appointments for 2020 before Christmas. Do you need a tune up to brace for rellies, Christmas craziness, kid invasions, wind down for the year, or just leave the 2020 crap in this year so you can launch into 2021 with a clean slate. Times available are Thursday 10th - 11.30am & 2pm Friday 11th - 11.30am Otherwise back again from 4th January.

11.01.2022 Been at it again. Some more pretties for the wall. Anyone would think I have nothing to do But it has been busy in clinic. Lots of Fun stuff. People being hard on themselves, busting themselves physically and or people taking on junk that's not theirs. Just to start with a few..... It's so rewarding to see people shed the layers of crap that is holding them back or getting in the way of doing what they want to be able to do. ... Love being a kinesiologist.
