24.01.2022 Give to Receive are they in Balance? When you reflect on the week that has been, how would you answer this question? As a human being on this planet, you were made to do both to Give, and to Receive. ... Yet I too often see people favouring one over the other. They Give, Give, Give, but are not able, or willing to Receive. Why is that? Can you relate? Perhaps it’s a feeling of not being worthy, not being good enough, guilt, or fear that there is a catch. What if none of those beliefs are true? You are worthy, you deserve to receive, to receive unconditionally. How does that feel? 23.01.2022 How often do you play? As a Soulpreneur (heart-led entrepreneur), I do some element of work every day. I don’t count the hours I work in a week, because what I do, doesn’t feel like work. I get to work my own hours! I’m not in a rigid routine, which is super important for me, and I get to have flexibility, and variety.... I also incorporate play into my work. I stay curious, dance in the house while I’m making lunch, do my Facebook Lives by the water , and soak it in. I take time off to play with my niece and nephew on school holidays. To laugh and be silly. If I need to rest, I make time to rest, then go back to what I was working on feeling refreshed. Every element of how I structure my day has Selfcare as a central theme, and it works! On Saturday’s I’ll go to the Farmer’s Markets, and then catch up with a friend. I’ll work for a few hours, then go for a walk, work a little more, then rest before teaching an early morning Yoga class Sunday, and starting again. 21.01.2022 When was the last time you bought yourself Flowers? The colour and scent of flowers can evoke all kinds of memories, and bring a smile to your face. I love Sunflowers! ... When they are in season, I will buy them and have them in the house to remind me of the beautiful fields of endless Sunflowers on the Darling Downs, and my family and friends who live there. When I look at a Sunflower, I see a huge smiley face and the sun shining out, spreading joy and laughter to all. That image and thought makes me smile, and my face and body soften. 21.01.2022 How can you create FLOW? When you can live your life by tapping into the flow of earth and moon cycles, and your own consciousness, you allow the Universe space to create, and bring the experiences you need now, on your journey to move forward. When you are in flow, there is no resistance, no control, just a Vision or Intention for the future that you walk towards and allow to unfold before you. ... One of the ways to move towards Flow, is to live in the present moment. In this moment right here, and now. Prioritise what needs to be done today, without worrying about the future. 12.01.2022 When will you be ready? Do you delay making decisions or taking action, because you’re not ready yet? You don’t feel like you know enough, or have enough information?... Or perhaps, you’re thinking, who am I to think I can have this, or do this? But you know what? There is never a perfect time, No one is perfect, and YOU ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH! Let go of all of the reasons why you shouldn’t or can’t do something, and start thinking of all the reasons why you should and can. It’s through the process of taking action that you will learn and grow. You will build your confidence, learn new skills, resilience, and even have fun if you allow it. 10.01.2022 Aaaahhhhh. What a week! This week has been FULL! Full of ACTION... Sometimes ACTION looked like DOING, and at other times it looked like STOPPING. You might ask, how can ACTION look like STOPPING? Good question. ACTION is the ‘the process or state of acting or of being active’, and in choosing STOP, it is a conscious state of acting, of choice. There were times where I was called to DO tasks for the events I had scheduled, Coaching client appointments etc, and then there were times that my Energetic, Physical, and Emotional/Mental bodies were calling me to STOP. And, in those moments of STOPPING, is where the magic happens. It is in those moments of taking ACTION to STOP, that you are able to connect back into your Inner Guidance. They allow time to reflect, digest and process information, and to rest and restore. In this place of stillness, you return HOME, to YOURSELF, YOUR TRUTH, YOUR PLACE OF INSPIRATION. 07.01.2022 I love to explore! To be curious, find new pathways, hidden treasures, get lost along the way, making the most of every experience. It reminds me of a metaphor for life, there are hidden treasures in your inner world, as much as there are in the world around you.... Through being curious, exploring and play, you define yourself, who you want to be, how you want to show up, and the path you choose to take. When was the last time you went exploring? 07.01.2022 How do you make healthy food choices? One of the strategies I have used, that works for me is: If it’s not in the house, I can’t eat it! ... This way, if I do have a craving for something or am feeling lazy, it requires energy and effort to have to go and buy it. When it’s not on hand, it creates time for another choice to be made, a healthier choice, to satisfy that craving which might be: to make a healthier food choice and eat something else go outside for a walk or some exercise or even reflect on Why I am feeling this craving/urge?’ How do you make healthy food choices?

04.01.2022 Do you deserve new things? A long time ago I bought a dressing gown that I loved, and have clearly worn to death The thing is, I don't like shopping!... As we move into Winter, I have been conscious that my gown has past it's useby date. I recently took my sister to DFO, and look what I found I was beside myself with Joy I wanted a cotton gown, and I found this one at Sheridan, and it was half-price Friends and family judged me, that I wasn't spending money on myself, it was old and I should get a new one, blah, blah, blah.... It simply wasn't the right time.... And when it was, my gorgeous new gown materialised exactly when it was needed, before the cold snap... Do you listen to the voices of others?
