23.01.2022 Advice of Policy/Procedure Update What is a pet peeve of yours? Mine is unnecessary packaging. This is why, for the last 10 years, where possible I have been packaging multiples of the same items together. Eg. If you buy 2 of the same 8mm plugs, I send them in the same bag. ... There has also been the option during checkout to not have them bagged together. This is for if you are unsure of the sizing and may need to return some pieces after trying some on. (As they can’t be returned once opened) At your end, it does not seem like saving much packaging, but at my end it can be hundreds of little bags not going in landfill every month. Unfortunately, I have had to change this policy and everything will now be sent out in separate bags unless you mark the option to bag multiples together. To my lovely customers, if you have not already, next time you order, could you please select the option to bag multiples of the same item together. Totally cool if you prefer they are bagged separately, but if you are OK with the same items in the same bag, please select that option. Cheers Vicky
