18.01.2022 Weight loss for lazy people (discovered) As a scientist I love working on insane projects. Today after 15 years of research we have found the cure to overweight... lazy people. It's incredible. It works really well and will help keep the weight off. Most lazy people work a sedentary job or live a sedentary life (this is a fact) So for the desk jockey - quit your job and get a new one that requires physical labour. Watch the weight fall off you. (burning more calories through activity) You have no choice but to get up and "exercise" daily. This also means you get paid to work out. So you go to work, get paid and have to work out. For the lazy life style people. Just do more shit !!!! Do 1 house job per day. Every time you move your body uses calories. So just move more. 1 job per day for min 30 mins ........Mow your lawn, do some gardening, fold your washing and clean your house. That there is 4 days of training alone. Now for the food. More activity means less time to pick at food so just eat 4 good meals per day and you will see amazing results. No need for hiit, special boot camps, crazy programs doing 8 sessions a week. Well you can thank me later everyone. My day of science is done and you have all been educated.
