08.01.2022 We all have days of self doubt. Those are the moments when we allow ‘The Noise’ to take over ‘The ‘Voice’....Am I good enough? Am I smart enough? Am I worth it.......& on & on & on we go with this self sabotage looping mechanism. The quality of self talk (the quietest moments yet the loudest voices in our heads) can either paralyze or empower us. Remember what you say & think about all day will become your external reality. What kind of self talk are you listening to today? ‘The Noise’ or ‘The Voice’? I choose ‘The Voice’.... I hope you do too. Keep smiling
