If you already have an appointment for your booster, please keep it as is.... Our clinic has minimal stock levels with no delivery of extra being made over Christmas due to departments being closed. The program aims to prevent cervical cancer by encouraging regular screening with a simple test that checks for human papillomavirus (HPV) a common infection that causes almost all cervical cancers before cancerous cells develop. Since the program began in 1991, there has been a 50 per cent reduction in cervical cancer diagnoses and deaths in Australia ... If symptoms become severe or life-threatening, call triple zero (000) and ask for an ambulance say it is an asthma emergency. Make sure you know Asthma First Aid: https://bit.ly/2Zw6G1Q... It is a good idea to: - make sure you have your reliever medication with you (ensure it is not expired) - stay inside a building or a car, especially during the wind gusts before the rain - close your doors and windows - if an air conditioner is on, set it to recirculate air - see your doctor to update your Asthma Action plan Face masks don’t protect against the tiny particles that cause thunderstorm asthma.
