16.01.2022 The BHL team would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding while we go through the final stages of registering all lots within precinct 1. From a development perspective, BHL have completed all works and all other requirements a number of weeks ago and are now waiting on the approving authorities to complete their final sign off. Once this is in hand, the last step is lodgement to LRS to create the lots and officially register the stage. All advice direct...ly from council and from our planners as at this morning is that it looks on track to be registered on or around the 18th of November.
