12.01.2022 Hi All. Just back from our go live at Jim Hindmarsh & Co aka Camden Saleyards (NSW). Many people may not know that Camden was the very first installation of the Myco Livestock System way back in October 1992. Back in those days it was owned and operated by William Inglis & Son. Three of the Myco team were onsite for the go live. Sue Walsh, Saurav Acharjee, and myself (Andrew). Go Lives are pretty solid days (as many of you know :)). Saleyards are a little more intense as they are real time systems. We will post some pictures shortly. We welcome Jim Hindmarsh to the saleG8ers club. We trust that after the change cloud clears, it will be plain sailing. The team at Jim Hindmarsh all performed very admirably and we thank them for considering us as the provider of their livestock processing solution.

03.01.2022 Last week Myco met with the fabulous ladies from Dubbo Stock and Station Agents for some training on saleG8s Bulk Billing System. We had a great interactive session and tackled importing sales, banking and bank reconciliation. The main three functions they needed to know about. They headed back after the training to tackle a 7000-8000 head cattle sale the following day. Ouch. Well done ladies and thanks for the day.

02.01.2022 Over the past few weeks we have heard some sad stories from friends and friends of our clients who have been affected by the recent fires in VIC,SA and more recently WA. In fact, our own dear Nicole had a pretty scary weekend with the fire coming across their property. Nicole spent the weekend fighting the fire on their own property as well as helping to defend their neighbours. Myco has donated $500 to the CFS Foundation to support all the volunteers out there. Nicole sent this short video showing how close she was to the action :(

01.01.2022 Most of us have in some way have been affected by cancer, either directly or through a family member or friend. Unfortunately none of us are immune. It is an insidious disease that has no boundaries. While there has been an enormous amount of progress in the treatment and prevention of cancer there is still so much that needs to be done. All research and progress needs to be funded and unfortunately most institutions rely on generous donations from the public. We - Sue & Jud...i - are embarking on a Cancer fund raising journey in September 16. This even has the fabulous fun name of Shit Box Mystery Rally. To see all the details of this rally, how it works and where it was borne follow the link http://www.mystery-box.com.au/ In short, it is a modified version of the famous Shit Box Rally that has been going since 2010 and has raised an enormous amount of money for the Cancer Council, with the participants having some fun along the way. As the name suggests we will be driving cars that are worth no more that $1000 (including registration & insurance), for 5 days to destinations unknown. We do know that we will be leaving Adelaide on the 24th Sept 16 and returning to Adelaide on 28th September 16 and we know that we have to bid and pay for our sh%&% box the afternoon before we leave. (We also know that Judi isnt allowed to take her hairdryer....OH NO!!!) Our team name is COW GIRLS R GR8. To enable us to participate in this event we have to raise at least $3000 The more money we raise the more we have to bid on our vehicle, and the more money we can donate to the Cancer Council of Australia. At the end of the rally all the sh%&% boxes are auctioned with that money also going back to the cause. We are hoping that you will all come on the ride with us and help us reach our target by either sponsoring our team or with a donation. A sponsorship of $100 gets your name & logo on our car (logo to be supplied by you). All sponsorships & donations are tax deductable. For more information on sponsorship please contact Sue or Judi and we will organise for an Invoice to be sent to you from Box Rallies. All donations can be made through our web page https://mysterybox2016.everydayhero.com/au/cow-girls-r-gr8 Any donation of any size is greatly appreciated and will help us to reach our target of $3000+ During the rally our team managers Nicole & Dharani will keep the support happening and updating our Myco Facebook page for you all to see the hardship we will be going through. Dodgy cars, dirt tracks, river crossings, snakes, spiders, sleeping in the elements under the stars....AND NO HAIRDRYER. Judi- I am doing this rally in memory of my sister Kaye who we lost to cancer in April 2013. Sue- I am doing this for my Grandmother and Uncle who have both been lost to cancer in previous years, and also my partner Mark who was diagnosed with Prostate cancer 6 years ago. (Thanks to early diagnosis and treatment, he is still looking good).
