19.01.2022 With the current situation unfolding every day with COVID-19 Virus I thought I would post an infographic to help people understand the stages that they may be experiencing. With the disruption of your normal routine and structure you will eventually find a new 'normal'. This infographic has been shared with permission from a member of an American Therapist's Facebook page called 'Selling The Couch Community'. I hope it helps. If you would like to talk to some one about how you are feeling then please call Sharon on 0438-234986, I am a counsellor in private practice in the Sunshine Coast. Unfortunately there currently is no medicare rebate for counselling.

16.01.2022 If your Relationship is in trouble then this may help you To understand why. We each have our own love language and we think we know what our partner needs from us, but maybe we don't. Maybe this will help. I use the book 'The Five Love Languages' with my clients that come for Relationship Counselling and it really helps to focus on where they need to concentrate their efforts to bring about positive change in the relationship.

16.01.2022 If you are always comparing yourself to others than this may help you to live a better life. Inspiration from the great Jay Shetty.

15.01.2022 I love what I do and when I see such positive change in just a short weekend at my Couples Reconnecting Retreat it makes my job so worthwhile. See below a recent review from one of my couples from Brisbane: Hi Sharon,... We are going well!! We got engaged! Committed to loving each other forever and learning how to be the best partners we can be! Taking conversations offline until were less emotive and focusing on our tone and acknowledgments has made a real difference to our communications. Awareness around our own expectations has also brought understanding and change. Still working on compromising without concious negotiations. We are so grateful for our time with you - an incredibly empowering investment in our relationship. Thank you so much for your caring and wisdom. If your relationship is struggling why not try a weekend retreat, it could save your relationship. Give me a call on 0438-234986
