We cannot apologise enough for the delays to your orders due to the current COVID19 impacts - particularly our customers in North America/Canada. You could be forgiven for thinking the Cutty Sark (pictured) would be faster!! We wish to assure you we are busy following up all shipping delays with our carrier @austpost and we are passing on any and all information as it comes to hand. Our international orders are always ...sent AirMail though it has recently come to light that these postage selections have been transferred to Sea Shipping (previously unbeknown to us). Our understanding is that this is in an effort for Australia Post to manage the impact of COVID restrictions, reduced flights and a huge volume of cargo out of Australia - including ours. We sincerely apologise to our customers who are effected and still waiting for orders - some for several months now. We can only assure you we are following up on a daily basis and that these delays are not a reflection of our business but rather a challenge of the current situation faced around the world.
