25.01.2022 92 per cent of Australian healthcare professionals are now confident the system can cope with the COVID-19 outbreak, up by 52 per cent compared to a just a month ago (40 per cent). The dramatic change in frontline worker sentiment to COVID-19 was reported by MyvCX sister company, TKW Research. Over 600 frontline healthcare workers were surveyed from 22 to 28 April 2020, following on from the benchmark survey conducted in March.... Almost half of healthcare workers (43 per cent) ‘strongly agreed’ if we ease restrictions too soon there will be a second outbreak of COVID-19, highlighting the incredibly delicate balancing act for State Governments over the coming weeks. As thoughts turn to how to ease restrictions, healthcare workers most favour being able to visit immediate family (89 per cent), enabling elective surgery and other procedures (86 per cent), and visiting parks, gardens and nature reserves (85 per cent).
