A functional extention to this homes outdoor area allowing it to take full advantage of the position and outlook. With bushfire build ratings required, we made use of the Lysaght steel deck frame system featuring Colorbond outer beams and matching steel posts and Merbau hardwood decking and handrail. Stainless steel balustrade wire from Miami Stainless. Just a couple of coats of Intergrain Ultradeck to complete

20.01.2022 When everything comes together perfectly... This LYSAGHT Living Colorbond vernadah is in perfect sync with this modern home. Here we have used Flatdek roof sheets on both the pitched and skillion sections featuring a high gloss finish in Thredbo White with Woodland Grey beams and posts but also using rafters and centre ridge in white to blend into the roof resulting in an even more open feel. With the owners final touches and plants it looks great.

This reverse skillion design was raised to ensure the surrounding hills were still completely visible, pitched slightly more than a usual for effect and complete with recessed downlights and fan.

In this one we have combined the popular modern profile of Lysaght MiniORB in simple Zincalume and Colorbond trim in Monument with Merbau vertical slats that tie in the timber deck and completed with a large urn style water feature and bevelled mirror for added dimension.

11.01.2022 Custom designed and constructed verandahs can solve many problems sometimes encountered on homes today. Often the materials used on buildings will not allow attachments. Steel framed homes, light weight cladding such as Hebel or compressed cement sheets all present limitations. Here we have used custom steel fabrication to support the verandah also allowing the height to be raised as needed. The end result looks simple as it should and now provides a functional outdoor area many others said could not be done.

06.01.2022 Christmas/New Year Trading 2020/2021 It has been another busy year and we take this opportunity to thank once again, our many customers for allowing us to work with you in creating your own new and/or updated outdoor area. At this time of the year, many of our suppliers will be taking a production break restricting some of our services and supplies. As such, this year we will also be taking a much-needed break, a time to recharge, spend some time with our family and friends.... We still have several tasks and to attend to before we down tools for the year and will be flat out until then with new projects are already in the production pipeline for early next year. 06.01.2022 This small barely used side of the house has now been converted into a fully functional outdoor area using a LYSAGHT Living Colorbond pitched roof verandah and freed up other cramped areas in the house. Confronted with challenges from already installed Solar Panels and a steel truss roof, we were able to solve all issues using fabricated steel posts. Our delighted customer now ready for Spring .. Lights and fan are on the way

01.01.2022 Price Increase Notification Effective 4th January 2021 We wish to notify you that due to increases from our suppliers and other unavoidable business costs there will be a price increase effective for all new business from the above date and current orders delivered on or after Monday 1st March 2021. Price increases that were to come into effect in through 2020 were delayed due to the initial effect on consumers through the COVID-19 pandemic and many costs were absorbed and ...not passed on. These amounts referred mainly to fees and charges for processing, transport, and waste disposal Price rises of between 3% and 5% will occur to the following Colorbond Steel products Hardwood and Composite Decking General Material including timber and hardware used in building our projects Varying price rises will also occur to fees and other charges and we have also been advised of some new fees relating to additional government requirements. This will include Application and processing fees including private certification Delivery and transport Waste disposal Labour and installation costs Our usual pricing policy will remain, and we will always attempt to be price competitive and offer the best comparative value
