16.01.2022 One of the things that I get asked most by clients is what should I eat. This test tests 600 foods and household products so you are not cutting out lots of foods. You are only cutting out the ones you are reacting to right now. You do this for 12 weeks and then retest. I have seen the most amazing results using this test on eczema, constipation, thyroid issues, skin issues - you name it.... The best thing it is super easy to do. I basically need you to cut me a piece of hair the same size as your thumbnail. It doesn't even matter if your hair is coloured. There is even a pet list for pets that have allergies and eczema. Get in touch ange@digestivedetective,com.au if you'd like to know more about the test. To book the test head to https://digestivedetective.com.au/services/ Its only available until Monday So hop to it!

15.01.2022 Have you got a bad gut? Things take time. This is a perfect example of never giving up. Stick with it

14.01.2022 Did you know bloating’s not always from food? Sometimes it’s because you are not physically breaking down the foods by chewing it properly. If you examine how you are eating. Are you taking the time to chew each mouthful 20-30 times or are you gobbling it down in a few minutes? Sounds simple however it is a real skill to accomplish. The bigger the pieces are when they hit your stomach the more they will need to broken down, the greater chance they’ll ferment and cause you... bloating. So how’s your chewing? See more

05.01.2022 This month I’m talking all about the bloat. We all get it at some stage however it shouldn’t be a lasting thing. It also shouldn’t be painful. 03.01.2022 What have you done this week end? I have had a long walk and later today spending time hanging out with my hubby. Such a beautiful day here in Sydney

02.01.2022 TV DINNERS I'm not talking about those sectioned off tray meals from the 80's. Are you watching TV (or Netflix, your phone, or any other device) whilst eating dinner? When we're watching TV or another screen whilst eating, we're more likely to over-eat because we aren't being mindful about fthe task at hand. We are more likely to shvel in our meals, without paying attention to our chewing and our sensation of fullness and satisfaction.... Watching TV or using our devices whilst eating is also more likely to keep us in fight or flight mode, as opposed to rest and digest mode. This can lead to indigestion, bloating, and discomfort because our body isn;t focusing on the task at hand. Do you watch the telly whilst eating?

02.01.2022 Anyone else happy it’s Friday ? Thought we should all have a giggle to start the day. Have a fabulous day everyone! Give me a laughing emoji if you laughed at this

01.01.2022 I love cauliflower rice as an alternative. But these guys are hilarious. I’d hate to be cleaning their kitchen. Anyone else cauliflower rice as much as this guy?

01.01.2022 I often get people saying to me why did this happen to them. I don’t know the answer to this question but I sometimes think we need to go through it to grow through it. Growth is what keeps making us better in life. It isn’t always going to be, sometimes it’s going to be painful and messy. Keep going You are worth it!
