When they signed up for a short-term lease 2 summers ago and enjoyed a busy first season, they decided to stick around. How did they grow so fast so quickly, especially during the off-seasons? Getting a handle on their marketing. Business was slow during our first winter, and we realized we didn't have a platform to reach most of our customers. Over the next year, we collected email addresses from hundreds of our customers, and now we can let them all know about upcoming events and sales quickly and easily. I think that email marketing works so well because it is made up of previous customers. This way, we can be sure we're reaching our target audience. They also stay involved in their local community by hosting and attending events where they always have their stickers and other branded promotional products to hand out.
