21.01.2022 Laksa paste doesnt always have to be used in a soup. Here we simply spread some over a fillet of Atlantic Salmon, wrapped in foil and baked. Topped with spring onion and carrot. So moist and delicious!

17.01.2022 What did we make today? We only use the freshest ingredients in our Red Curry Paste! A delicious recipe on the side of each jar.
17.01.2022 The nights are getting colder... think its time for a curry! Thai Green Chicken Curry 1kg Chicken thighs... 150g My Divine Foods Green Curry Paste 300g Diced Onion 400g Diced Eggplant 250 g Fresh Green Beans 40g Minced Ginger 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce 400ml Coconut Cream bunch Basil 250ml Chicken Stock *Add curry paste to saucepan along with a of the coconut cream and fry for one minute. *Add diced Chicken and cook for one minute. *Add remaining coconut, fish sauce, ginger, onion and stock and simmer until meat is cooked through. *Add Eggplant and simmer for about ten minutes. *Add Beans and stir through. *Turn off heat and stir through fresh Basil leaves. Serve on a bed of rice.

15.01.2022 Kasundi is a traditional tomato based relish originating from the area around the Bay of Bengal. While it makes a fantastic relish to accompany almost all meats, it can also be used as you would a curry paste. You will find a recipe for a lamb and eggplant curry on the side of the jar.

Spring onions (finely chopped) Cucumber (small sticks) Bean sprouts Capsicum (finely sliced) Sesame seeds (lightly roasted) Chinese cabbage (thinly sliced) Mix well and dress with some My Divine Foods Lime & Lemongrass Dressing - Divine!
