21.01.2022 Todays Tweens Yoga class at 3:45pm - Concentration Dharana is one of the 8 limbs of yoga - concentration and focus is one of the challenges kids encounter with so much external stimuli. Some of the activities well be doing today: Mindful Bubble, Elevator Breath, Describe What you see, Memory Yoga (and more!) Does your Tween need some help improving their concentration? I still have spots left in this afternoons class. We accept full term or casual bookings
