24.01.2022 We have just competed at State Championships held at Ormiston College this last weekend and brought home 12 Silver medals & 1 Bronze. From that we have our Junior Aerodance Team representing Queensland at Nationals, 3 Individuals & 1 Pair. 10 through to Nationals out of 20 Competitors is awesome! What a fantastic result myDynamics Team!!! Well done. Keep up the great work.

23.01.2022 National Championships over the last few days has been a monumental event. Extremely inspiring and oozing with passion for our sport. Congratulations to the Queensland team overall who did very well bringing home a huge swag of medals across many divisions and for us a job well done. Indy placed equal 10th with her highest score ever, Josie placed 21st out of 24 with not her best routine. Lily placed 15th out of 40 and Daisy, who was very unwell, placed 38th. Unfortunately, Daisy & Lily couldnt do their Pair as Daisy couldnt stop vomiting from a virus she had. We all had an amazing time and with over 170 athletes to marshall it was a pleasure to meet and work with all of them. You are all incredible athletes and I am so proud of you. Eileen

An amazing team! Well done to all athletes and Coaches.

14.01.2022 Congratulations to everyone who competed today at Challenge 1, Moreton Bay College, Brisbane. A great event all round with myDynamics taking out 1 Gold, 2 Silvers & 4 Bronze medals and everyone placing in the top 9. Afantastic start to the competition year. Well done!! Congratulations to their Coaches too, Kaylee Thomas, Amanda Gane, Elliza Lane and from the past Lauren Cameron & Krichelle Gilmour. Keep up the great work and watch this space!!

14.01.2022 Wow, what a Team! After our first Competition for the Year, Challenge 1, we came home with a swag of medals. 5 Gold, 2 Silver and 5 Bronze from a Team of 24. Extremely proud of your bravery and team support. Especially for those who competed for the first time!! Amazing effort. Its onwards & upwards from here.

10.01.2022 A new International/Optionals Program is commencing as of Monday 8th October. 7 hours of sport specific training with myDynamics a week for just $35 and then flexibility for awesome strength and cardio training for just $14.95 a week with Highly Accredited Instructors with more than 40 Group Fitness classes a week to choose from. Also, regular workshops with local International and Highly Qualified Gymnastic Coaches for higher difficulty skills. For more information please message.

09.01.2022 Business Profile: The origin of myDynamics As the business owner and operator, I have lived on the Sunshine Coast since 1979 and attended Buderim mountain Primary School and Immanuel Lutheran College for High School. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at both. During that time I was competing in Womens Gymnastics from the age of 4 to 14 and up to Level 8 Optionals of which I was a member of Maroochy Beach Gymnastics Club, for the most part. On graduating from Immanuel Luthera...n College I worked for Westpac for 15 years in many roles including managing Brisbane City Branches, State Training Facilitator of all branch staff, and new recruits (in Sydney), and all roles within a branch while working on the Sunshine Coast. At the age of 16 , and during my career life, I participated in Aerobics in Gyms and still do today, as well as teach as a Group Fitness Instructor. I am now a mother of 4, Jackson, 9, Josie, 6, and identical twins Juliet and Lorelei, 2. My husband, Grahame, manages his familys business which has been well established on the Coast now for 30 years. For the past 8 years I have had the pleasure of coaching a group of about 45 girls in Aerobic Gymnastics at a local Buderim Club connected to Fitkids, which was hugely successful, but has recently moved and changed hands. Since discovering this fun, dynamic sport in 2003, I havent looked back and hope to create the same passion within many others, hence, the beginnings of myDynamics. See more

06.01.2022 Amazing results at Nationals in Bendigo, Victoria. Our Team of 6 athletes with everyone bringing home a Gold or Bronze medal, or both for 2 of our athletes. Congratulations! Incredibly proud of not only your achievements and reward for hard work, but for the praise received on your great attitude and sportsmanship. Well done Team!

04.01.2022 Having moved to our fantastic new premises we are in the throes of competition season with State Championships coming up & our biggest Team ever to go, of 23 athletes. At Queensland Cup we brought home 22 medals spread across Gold, Silver and Bronze. Congratulations Team! I cant wait to see you all achieve your personal best at States and to see who makes the State Team to go to Nationals. Keep up the hard work and it will pay off.

04.01.2022 Very proud of the athletes who made a fantastic effort to perform at & support the Buderim 150th Street Party last night in the freezing cold, on a not-so-big floor area with music that cut out, but hey! look out for us on the local Channel 7 News. Whoohooooo!!!

03.01.2022 Challenge 1, a huge success for all of our athletes who braved the heat to perform their best. 6 Clubs from South East Queensland coming together to have fun and be wowed by outstanding tricks and high intense performances. Thank you to all of the Volunteers who helped to bring it all together. Well done, Team!

03.01.2022 State Championships on the weekend was incredibly exciting and nerve racking. Our Sub Junior Level 3 Trio, Indi, TJ & Olivia, brought home Gold as did Amarnie & Hunter for their Pair & Amarnies Individual. Josie received Silver for Level 3 Sub Junior, 4th for their team with Kristie, Brianna & Kaylee & the Aerodance Team including Cassidy, Keely, Indi, Rogue & Josie also received Silver. Indi, Daisy, Lily & Josie all made it through to Nationals & I will be joining them as Assistant Coach. An awesome effort all round and I am so very proud of everyone who performed their best routines ever!!!
