17.12.2021 I feel many of us are at a stage right now of feeling defeated amidst the crisis. Here, here however we need to stay with it. There have been more growing concerns on our quality of our food sources. Additives are in most pre-packaged foods, and printed by law in the ingredients list on food label. Half of which we have no idea what they mean! Additives may include antioxidants, emulsifiers, sweeteners, colors and thickeners and are supposed to improve the quality, taste an...d appearance. For example: beeswax glazing agent (901) can be used to improve the appearance on apples and prolonging shelf life! Some additives are used to keep the food 'safe' (for whom?) Even though this may be a good idea, however eating all these additives daily can lead to health problems, as they are not easily digested, creating higher toxicity levels causing problems like allergies and asthma. We have an enormously high rate of children and adults suffering more and more (not just with Cov) in immunity based ailments, inflammation, hormone related diseases, cancers, migraines, diabetes, arthritis, alzheimers etc because our bodies are forever keeping up with the fight to eliminate and repair what is not serving us in a healthy way. I had to laugh about a comment recently, 'we have grown up eating hotdogs, drinking water out of a hose, having all our inoculations, eating lollies, oh the list was long, and not question the ingredients, but thinking about it as we have aged, why are we still getting sicker, even though we felt great when we were younger! Why are our children suffering more with cancers, auto immunity, disabilities.....because we pass it on as our own DNA has been altered, with out us not really realising and feeding them what we grew up with. This has been happening since 'the agricultural revolution' introducing pesticides, chemical cleansers, air fresheners, anything for a quick fix, artificial and processed foods as a convenience, polluted air and water from these factories for our conveniences, forgetting our need for fresh and organic substances to live healthy. We have been lied to for so many years, their is no cure for anything, only a prevention in the first place, and living cleaner within in bodies and our home. It is time to look after our immunity, strengthen it with raw and organic sustainables. That is why I like my supplements for that extra boost. I think a lot of people are waking up to this more and more, however we still have a long way to go to be educated fully and not allow these big companies that are poisoning us get away with it. I am not perfect by all means and regret some of the stupid things I have put in my body however I can still try to keep on top of the damage that has been done. Take care xx See more
