01.01.2022 As you may know, not long ago we decided to go to Mexico in June and to stay there for the rest of the year. Taking this decision at the beginning was not to hard, but I never imagine how challenging this decision could be. One of the things that I recon has been more challenging is to let go things specially if these things have an emotional connection. As part of all this process (for not to name it a mess), I'm seriously decluttering my house (as we are going to rent th...is property while we are away). With this process I realised that decluttering is much more than let go of everything that you no longer need (even new things). Decluttering also means to clean toxic energy and move forward. It also means to get over those emotional attachments which frequently stop us from enjoying the present-time. Being myself a deep lover and user of essential oils (you know that!), I have been diffusing (with some sort of amazement) lemongrass essential oil. Not in vain it is called the Oil of Cleansing. This lovely oil has taught me to move forward without hesitation, It has helping me to feel more light and understand that change is a regular occurrence. Decluttering my home has been much easier and even more enjoyable diffusing my lemongrass oil (which by the way smells great!) as well as using balance in my wrists And yes, if you don’t have any plans in the following 5 weekends, you are more than welcome to come along and help out!... just kidding!
