All cuts conveniently vacuum packed ready for the fridge and staying fresher longer or the freezer, eliminating frost sheer. Simply order a half box if you do not have the space.

17.01.2022 We are a go again !!! Since the last delivery, as you know we have been working to better organise the whole supply chain from the farm to your door. Finally sorted everything out with farmer, abattoir and butcher but now with Xmas upon us, life is getting busy up here on the farm for Ross, through to the Craig the butcher. ... SO we have an animal (with an option for a 2nd) that will be ready for pickup Saturday 8th Dec to come to you the same day. We learnt a heap last time and as a consequence had to nominally increase box price to cover box price but still great value on what we had last time - Meat tasted great. Half box $220 - Full box $410. Could I ask you to let me know today your interested or have other family or friends. Very much appreciated Onwards and Upwards - next year regularly deliveries along with other free range meats - Lamb, Pork etc
