Do you really need that sweets, how about the coke? when you are at the front of thousands of junky food you just need to say NO!... They will not comfort you, they only end in fat. STEP OUTSIDE, WORKING OUT AND BE THE BEST YOU CAN!

The person who does something that inconveniences him, but he does it anyway, because it's important to me. The person is always there for me at the end of the day. The person that cannot wait to talk to me and listen to every word I say. The person who no matter the mistakes and choices I've made, still wants to be with me. The person who call at 2am and would drive over to hug me and talk to me. The person who wipes away my tears and kisses my tear stained cheeks. The person who would throw everything away only to get closer to me, The person who knows me and knows what I want without asking - That's the person I will love more than life itself. Finally, I have found that person, and I won't ever let him go.

01.01.2022 That's True the statement about "Dreams don't work unless you DO" It's nice to know Camilo as a person always do that words in his life. Not an easy job to keep your body always fit and have (6 pack) abs especially. "Eating healthy and do exercise", that's what he told me if I want to have abs like him. OMG! That's incredibly HARD for me who love sweet a lot, but it's worth to try;p Thanks Camilo for your advice and good luck for your PT job.
