14.01.2022 GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE Please note that it is temporary and will be reviewed periodically and as such is subject to change at short notice, in line with Covid ...restrictions and the changing thereof. We’ve been working extremely hard since the shock announcement that gyms like ours can open ahead of phase 3 to put together a class timetable. We have been forced to change our timetable due to the restrictions that have been put in place. Classes will start on Monday 15th June. We have done our best to ensure we are able to offer a great timetable. Every one of our instructors has completed the Covid 19 Infection Control Training program so we can make each class as safe as possible for you. Please note that due to having to limit numbers, we ask the following: *Members to contact reception to book. *Bookings open 2 days prior. *Class numbers capped at 13 for cycle and 20 for group fitness. * Floor markers have been laid to indicate each members placement *All classes will be run from the group fitness studio. *It will be compulsory for you to use a towel and clean all your equipment thoroughly at the start and finish of each class. *Members to please bring their own mats for floor based classes as we are currently prohibited from supplying. 10.01.2022 ‘As of Monday 20/7, you will no longer need to book for classes that are run in the Group Fitness Studio. Bookings are still required for all cycle classes, and will still be taken two days in advance. Thanks all our fantastic members who have, and continue, to comply with the booking system.
