This role is primarily individualised home care to our disability clients across our SOR catchment (Bull creek, Byford, Fremantle, Willetton, Murdoch, Thornlie and surrounding areas). Shifts can range between 1-5 hours, with a variety of early 6:30am starts, afternoon and evening shifts. Have experience with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Spinal injuries, MS, Parkinson and Mental health in a work or personal environment.
