05.01.2022 Leafy plants l have left in our late winter veg garden in flower. Wasabi greens, ripuna and choi sum ( yellow flower of the brassica) and rocket( white flower). My strongest plants of the season, standing perfectly straight with no support and 2m high. Thousands of seeds from biodynamically grown food. I look forward to the next crop with them. Our only workshop for the rest of the year with spaces now is our biodynamic 2 day introduction in Nov 14-15. 01.01.2022 Perfect garlic harvested from our patch this morning. A bit earlier than expected. Crop is very well formed and we have already begun to use first harvest. Plan...ted 70 cloves at end of March and now late September. All grew well and now harvested. Bed preparation was just right guided by consistent application of biodynamic preps. See more
