16.01.2022 ** TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY ** Nicole has kindly allowed me to share her picture and story. Nothing short of inspiring! .... "Well I'm actually speechless (that don't happen often). A word of advice for everyone in this group... Be sure to take photos of your progress along your fitness and health journey, you don't need to even share with anyone just have them for you. I knew all my hard work lately was paying off but my mind is blown at the progress I see when I put my pic...s side by side. My friend Leanne took the picture on the left for me on Sept. 8, 2015. The picture on the right was taken today. I thought I felt good on the left, I didn't realize how toxic and drained I was. The me on the right well that's a whole different story, healthy, happy, fit and glowing and never going back. Have I worked harder than ever and been more disciplined than ever this time?... Absolutely Have I made sacrifices and turned down some very tempting invites along the way?.. I sure did But every workout, every early morning and early bedtime, every shake, piece of chicken etc has been worth it to see how far I've come to see that when I invest into myself and believe in myself I can do anything and I can set a goal and crush it with discipline and hard work. I'm so pumped to step in front of the camera lens on Monday for a photoshoot and I'm even more pumped for what else is in store for me. I'm not stopping now, not here, not yet. I'm gonna rock the socks off the next 9.5 weeks of my #isabodychallenge (#4) and continue to set and crush goals along the way. Get them active in the kitchen with you. 4. Offer the same foods for everyone Stop being a short-order cook by making different dishes to please children. It’s easier to plan family meals when everyone eats the same foods. 5. Reward with attention, not food Show your love with hugs and kisses. Comfort with hugs and talks.
