05.01.2022 REAL TALK Don’t post that, it’s not professional! Our business is not x or y business. ... In a world where fast food is king, in a world where you can buy anything ANYTIME as long as you pay for it it shocks customers when we have to say no. Well believe it or not, it is never an easy decision when we say no to an order. It is no bad customer service, it is no bad business. It’s different. The truth is if we wanted to we could use pre mix and probably 50% wouldn’t realise. We could use our name that we took YEARS to build as a guarantor of fresh food even if it’s not and make money but refuse to do so. Yes, we do have a limited quantity that we can bake everyday as most know, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t bake a lot either. -They just go fast. That’s it. We are sorry when we sell out early however please there is no reason to be aggressive whatsoever especially when we put our heart and soul in our pastries. Saying bake more, do better, I’ll never come back, it’s ridiculous, etc isn’t productive. We made the choice to keep the quality for our customers and we stick by it because we absolutely love what we do and don’t want to rip off our customers! Be kind, always. You never know the impact it can have on others. We take all critics with a smile but please...be kind. We feel very blessed and are incredibly grateful for our loyal customers. Thank you to everyone that understand home made takes time, quality takes time and we do our very best every day working sometimes 18h a day to bake always more. Saying that, we will exceptionally be closed Tuesday 8th as we need to take some time after a loss in our family. Thank you
